Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at contact@lostypluch.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return. The return address will be sent to you via email once your request has been approved. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order.

Defective or Damaged Products: Contact us immediately upon receipt. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at our expense; no return is required.

Right of Withdrawal (EU): In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, hazardous products, or flammable liquids.
