Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on lostypluch.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.

Delivery: Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days within mainland France.

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with French law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@lostypluch.com.

Returns: Return requests must be sent via email to contact@lostypluch.com. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt and validation of the returned item.

Ownership: Products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
